The Parisian Macao is easy to dismiss as “the one with the Eiffel Tower”, but that undersells how useful it is in a Cotai itinerary. The tower gives the resort a clear identity, while covered connections into the wider Sands resort cluster make it a practical stop whether you are staying here or simply resort-hopping.
In 2026 the headline visitor experience remains the Eiffel Tower observation decks. The current official listing gives public access to levels 7 and 37, with the higher deck providing the broader Cotai view. If you only want the landmark in your photos, you do not need to buy a ticket: the exterior and nightly illumination are visible from public areas outside.
Eiffel Tower tickets, hours and light show
The current official schedule lists the observation decks from 12 noon to 11pm, with last admission at 10:15pm, weather permitting. Level 37 is listed at MOP98, while levels 6 and 7 are listed at MOP20. Children up to 1.2 metres are admitted free under the current rules, with limits per paying adult.
The Grand Illumination is free and currently runs every 15 minutes from 6:15pm until midnight. Early evening is therefore a strong time to visit: see Cotai before and after dark, then watch the tower light up outside. Private events and maintenance can close parts of the attraction, so check current notices first.
Is level 37 worth paying for?
If this is your first Cotai visit and visibility is good, yes — particularly if you enjoy skyline photography. If the weather is hazy, or you already plan another elevated viewpoint such as Macau Tower, the free exterior spectacle may be enough.

The official booking engine currently sells several categories, including Deluxe, Eiffel Tower Room, Famille Room and larger suites. Deluxe and Eiffel Tower rooms are listed at 33 square metres, while the Famille Room is 47 square metres and includes a bunk-bed configuration aimed at families.
The Eiffel Tower view category is the obvious splurge if the landmark matters to you. Otherwise prioritise cancellation terms, breakfast or attraction inclusions and the exact bed configuration. Cotai hotels regularly package rooms with ferries, meals or attractions, so the cheapest headline rate is not always the best total value.
How to use The Parisian in a Cotai day
The Parisian sits beside The Venetian and The Londoner within the Sands cluster. A sensible route is to explore one of the larger neighbours in the afternoon, reach The Parisian before sunset, go up the tower if skies are clear, then stay for the illumination.
If you are moving west along Cotai, Studio City gives you a completely different family-entertainment feel. Do not spend the evening ticking off resort lobbies. One observation deck, one genuinely good meal and one or two distinctive public spaces make a better night.
