How this map works
Every pin links back to a full written guide elsewhere on Awesome Macau — the map is a companion to those guides, not a replacement for them. Use it to see how neighbourhoods, resorts and landmarks sit relative to each other, then tap through for the detail: opening hours, prices, getting-there instructions and honest recommendations.
The four categories are colour-coded so you can scan the map at a glance: coral pins are attractions (temples, ruins, viewpoints, beaches), teal pins are hotels and casino resorts, gold pins are specific named food spots we've written about, and brown pins are transport hubs — the airport, ferry terminals, the border crossing, and a light rail stop. Untick a category to hide it, or type into the search box to filter pins by name as you type.
New pins get added as new guides are published — this map grows alongside the rest of the site. If you spot a pin that looks off, let us know and we'll fix it.
